Controller

Your personal data is processed by Indestera as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data processed

Through the contact form we process your full name, e-mail address, company name, optional phone number, request topic and message.

When you send the form, your browser performs a short verification calculation to prevent automated submissions. It runs on our own server; no third-party service or cookie is used. Your IP address is kept briefly in memory only to limit abuse and is not stored.

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only your theme preference is stored in your browser.

Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to answer your request, plan a demo or pilot and contact you, based on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1) and on being directly related to establishing a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).

Transfers

Your data may be shared only as far as necessary to answer your request and with authorities where legally required. It is not transferred to third parties for marketing.

Form contents reach our server over an encrypted connection and are forwarded to our team by e-mail; they are not stored on the server.

Retention

Data is kept for the periods required by law or, if none apply, for at most 2 years after your request is closed, and then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to [email protected].
